About ASI's Standards

ASI does not depend solely on technology to evaluate information. Four main systems for evaluating information include:

1. Author supplied credibility and verification:  ASI requests verification from the author and provides the opportunity for the author to participate in verifying the quality of his or her own information.

2. Machine generated verification: Machine-based readership technology qualifies the information further.

3. ASI and Guide services verification: Experts with high domain knowledge and knowledge of transformative thinking also evaluate the information.

4. Traveler side verification: Users of the network are invited to provide feedback and evaluations of the information.
