Representative environments

Knowledge representation provides new ways to represent, view, and understand information. A good knowledge representation environment serves several purposes:

It provides a more efficient means of human information processing. This may be accomplished by presenting information in a visual, color, auditory, sensory, or other format that allows people to absorb and understand the information better, more quickly, or in different ways.

It also provides the possibility of a collaborative space in which people in multiple locations can work with, comment on, and view real time, the information being presented.

Knowledge representation spaces also provide for advanced, integrated application access, services, and utilities.

Knowledge representation spaces are ASI rated. They in turn help to assist in ASI qualification by providing 'comment areas' and 'project linking' to what works and what doesn't. A final ASI assessment lies in evaluating the empirical evidence and 'real world' testing of information.
